Learn to read & write Samskrita-Gunitaksharas (Devanagiri lipi)
Pick up fluency in Samskritam reading
Build on basic Samskritam vocabulary
Learn fun songs in Samskritam
Converse simple phrases & sentences in Samskritam including questions & responses

CHARU SRIKANT
Charu Srikant has been immersed in the rich cultural heritage of India with a modern outlook and has developed into a passionate and knowledgeable educator. She is now an enthusiastic member of the Gurukula team, regularly contributing towards the Gurukula Learning Portal, conducting live Mahabharata storytelling sessions. She also teaches the Shloka classes and the Hanuman Chalisa. Charu bhagini has been teaching Bharatiiya Samskriti to kids for over a decade.
AKILA KRISHNAKUMAR
Akila Krishnakumar is a storyteller and a Samskritam enthusiast, who uses stories as an intuitive, creative and reflective medium for both children and adults. Trained in Indian classical music and being an art enthusiast with paints and pencils, she incorporates them as expressive art mediums into her storytelling program with children to create a make-believe, educative space. She works along with Charu Srikant and contributes to Gurukula Learning Portal.
