As we strive to find harmony & balance in our every day life both on and off the mat, we understand that this is a continuous pursuit that needs discipline. This yoga program is an intentionally curated beginner level holistic Hatha Yoga program  to meet that need. It will

What is Hatha yoga?

Hatha Yoga is the practice of yoga asanas derived from a yogic tradition that has been followed for thousands of years. It  follows a slower pace and holding the asanas(poses) for a longer periods of time to improve posture and flexibility. Hatha yoga is not just about physical fitness, but a holistic approach of mastery over mind and body.


What are benefits of yoga? 


I have never practiced Yoga. Can I attend?

Anyone can practice this style of yoga, from a beginner to an avid practitioner.  This program doesn't require any special physical agility or yoga experience. There are multiple variations that can be done for a singular pose, which caters to different levels from beginners through advance practitioners. All you need to do is just SHOW UP AND KEEP TRYING!

Along with the asanas and their benefits, you will also learn the benefits of pranayama, when and how it should be practiced.


What will I be able to do as I attend this program

As you attend the program, you will be able comfortably self practice on your own for 30 to 45 minutes session - Breath and body practices (flexibility and mobility/ stretching) Asana, and Pranayama practice.


This is a very practical Yoga program meant for all ages and all levels of practitioners to build your own practice, uniquely tailored to your specific needs. Come, join us every Saturday morning and give a gift to yourself!
